We saw first‑hand how tough it can be for young people who don’t fit neatly into the typical education system, and how quickly that can knock their confidence. Instead of watching from the sidelines, we decided to build something that could give them a real chance.

What started as a way to support our family has grown into a business with a bigger purpose. At Trio, we create custom workwear, baby clothing, seasonal gifts and accessories, but behind every order is an opportunity for a young adult to learn, practice and grow. We are passionate about quality. Starting from sourcing durable products at affordable prices right through to the design, embroidering and end result. We focus on training our team in practical skills, from production and quality control to customer care, while also focusing on the everyday habits that make someone feel confident in the workplace.

Our aim is to grow Trio Design & Print into a place where more young adults, who may have felt left out or left behind, can find their footing. We want to offer a supportive environment where they can discover their strengths, learn a trade and build the self‑belief that comes from doing a good job.
